Tzatziki Probiotic Yoghurt Cheese

Our take on the traditional Greek dip! Traditionally Tzatziki is made from drained goat’s, sheep or cow’s milk yoghurt.

We drain our yoghurt  to achieve a thicker consistency and then garlic, shredded cucumber and freshly chopped mint are combined with the curd creating a zingy flavoursome dip, spreadable ‘cheese’ or accompaniment to many dishes.

Tzatziki is an essential part of any Meze or party platter served with our other delicious products.

The garnish of black olives, roasted red peppers and rosemary compliments the fresh and authentic taste of Old MacDonnell’s Farm Tzatziki.

Sunflower oil 25%
Cucumber, garlic, fresh mint,
roasted red peppers,
pitted olives, rosemary 15%
